You can't download stuff from here, unless you're sharing also, because this forum works based on ranks & usergroups (the more you share, the more acces you gain to each part of the forum). But I can tell you that it's worth the wait, here you can find many interesting things which are useful in many games & programms. 
Our Moderators for sure will explain for you much better.
