FYI - you are able to share already.  We do have the sandbox for your first shares in order to learn how to make shares at CBC and the details needed. 
It is a place everybody starts their time in the CBC - the copybot club community. 

The first sentence, when reading the guide (a sticky in the sandbox) is :

"Welcome to the Sandbox. 
This is the place for newbie user group to start sharing before more of the forum opens up for them"
