Good morning, I suppose that we're all concerned about the right way to use the security tools available to ensure that our connection to the LL servers is the fastest and most secure possible and that our existence is as invisible to the LL as possible.
When considered this, I've never known if it's simply advisable, although not mandatory, to use VPN or proxy applications or if, on the contrary, it's an inescapable duty that everyone should be aware of. What do you think and what would be your arguments to support it?
I have used System VPN apliccations a couple of times and my SL seemed to be in a DeepSpace Black-Hole
Snails wearing astronaut helmets passed by me leaving behind fast smoke in their wake as compared to the horrible pea-puree lag where I was drowning! 
And in case VPN and/or proxies were essential, can someone advise what is the best combination of free VPN & proxy or, if it is not necessary to use both at the same time, which of the two devices should we choose and why? TIA
