Olhe Helena, aqui o pessoal do forum usa sempre o inglês, aquilo que você deve fazer é usar o google tradutor,
mesmo com as falhas que este tem!
Assim fica fácil comunicarmos entre todos numa só lingua enquanto você pratica mais o inglês
