I stumbled upon this site while searching for the 3D mesh body that takes LL UV maps to use on Blender. This site is a DREAM but I'm struggling to access the forums (it says no access :'( ) Can someone advise me on how I can download stuff here?

You can't download stuff from here, unless you're sharing also, because this forum works based on ranks & usergroups (the more you share, the more acces you gain to each part of the forum). But I can tell you that it's worth the wait, here you can find many interesting things which are useful in many games & programms. 
Our Moderators for sure will explain for you much better.
