Sounds like you have my problem, serious lack of memory loss, and so, a good cure for that is a freeware program called BitWarden.

It is awesome, stores all your passwords / usernames etc,
DO ONTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO ONTO YOU, BUT DO IT FIRST.
