Merged user accounts - it is only allowed to have one account at CBC. 
Even though you have been excluded to log in the account( which has been asked to up activity and didnt do it and got excluded for some time : 1 week, 1 month and nothing happened) You ARE NOT ALLOWED to make other accounts at CBC.
