Probably best to put name of old account in your post so Admins know where to go to help you out.

Also:

If remembering passwords is an issue, use a nice piece of software called Bitwarden

xXravenXx is right and getting a free password manager is very handy, try her recommendation and you won't regret it, or forget passwords again  Wink
