If you come to remember your e-mail please send me a PM and I will send you a new temporary password for you to login and then you can change it for your own.
Meanwhile let me give you an advice about Bitwarden, it is a vault where you can have all your credentials (URL; login and password) and it has apps for Win; MacOs; Android; iOS. This way you will never lose a credential again!
