The rules to get access to the various forums are a bit confusing though. Hopefully I can figure it out?

About the usergroups. 

The copybot club - CBC -  is based on participation by its members, the more active you are, the more access you get to what has been shared and is being shared among its members.
As you probably have noticed, the forum looks a tad empty when being a registered member,  but you do have access to what it takes to get started participating.   Viewers, Tools, and tutorials. 

Depending on your own effort in sharing and being an active member of the community, the more you get access to.
