How do I get to download a viewer? Even looking at the basic viewer, the forum is restricted.

On the right side on the webpage, there you can download one.
Oh and in the viewer section of this home. There are severals.

welcome - and sorry you didnt get to get to view and download what you need to be a CBC member

we are still cleaning up, and your observation will be added to the ever growing to do list 

you should be able to go to the sandbox and check the important notices there.
