What OpenSim Grids are popular to upload CopyBotted Items? And can you get banned if you get caught?

If you want only test the items, u can create ur own offline open sim, is not so hard to boot one.

I mean other grids like kitely? I'd like to know which of them has a nice population? And are easy to upload copybotted items too.
