Hello, I'm an old SL user and I haven't been active in it for along time, but I think it's dying quickly (staff firings, AI ad campaigns, dae file support dying) and they look desperate. I want to export some of my massive collection of stuff (buildings, pets, vehicles) to use in other places. Before I stopped logging in I was an ok scripter and ChatGPT can probably help me bridge the gap now.

I managed to get a copy of an old copybot viewer and exported some mesh, but I especially wanted to get out some animesh stuff and get it working in SL to tinker with it and then put it in OpenSim or someplace in the future. I haven't been able to get animesh pets to export right, especially animations. So I'm here to look for help and share my successes.

Basically my experience is similar, aside my lack of scripting skill, but since SL will fades possibly not that far in the time, I want my stuff as mine, as I bought it, ans to upload else, to be used. Possibly, the most part the current of them will be shared with people here. Do ut des, as it should be, always!
